WassUp - WordPress Plugin

WassUp is a useful Wordpress Plugin that tracks your visitors in real time. It features a very user-friendly and fancy admin console to keep tabs on your blog users visits.

WassUp also includes a “current visitors online”. Then there’s the more detailed “Visitors Details” view which shows you almost every your users are doing in your blog, Its quite useful for SEO or Statistics obsessed people. It also come with a “Spy” view in Ajax like Digg Spy.

WassUp shows a lot of data from who is visiting your blog like:

  • IP / Hostname
  • referer
  • spider
  • search engines used
  • keywords
  • SERP (search engine result page)
  • operating system / language / browser
  • pages viewed (chronologically and per user session)
  • complete user agent
  • name of user logged in
  • name of comment’s author
  • top ten charts with aggregate data (top queries, requests, os, browsers)

The main purpose of WassSup is to obtain the knowledge of what your visitors do and look at when surfing your blog. A very useful plugin indeed.

yes.. i guess it does as it loads the javascript in your blog header. I guess that would be the main reason we stopped using it on Teckitech.

I think you just have to use this plugin over here if you don’t like loading JavaScript in your header.

i downloaded and installed the plugin. while activating, it showed a fatal error and the plugin is not working at all. it shows its activated even after fatal error but in the wassup page inside admin panel, there are database errors everywhere.

how do i fix it.
