Help, my PS3/XBox 360/Wii has shrunk into a laptop!

…And Benjamin Heckendorn is the culprit! He shrinks XBOX 360, PS3, Wii, and other video game consoles into a laptop-like portable device. How cool is that! No longer will you be stuck with card or board (dare I say bored?) games while on holiday - now you get the full-on experience of your console games. Here’s how he does it: first he cuts up the circuit board of the console until it is very small - so small the board can fit in his hand. Then, he designs and builds a cool looking case with a machine tool driven by computer numerical control. And finally, he fits everything inside the small case - mission accomplished. Aside from the latest consoles, he also makes the older ones portable for nostalgia, like PlayStation 2, Sega Genesis and the N64.

The Singing Tesla Coils

Yup, they are really singing! My first reaction to the video was, “nice synchronised music!” But it turns out that the tunes are made by the tesla coils. Good (and geeky) tunes too: Super Mario Bros., Tetris, Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy and more. Does anyone know how it works? Do tell by commenting below.
